Solaire Quartz – Shipping / Delivery Policy
We ship to UK, Europe, USA & Canada. Our electric heaters, heated towel rails, radiators, infrared heaters and LED Mirrors are double-boxed for extra protection in transit.
UK Customers: We offer free shipping with next working day delivery to UK Mainland. UK Highlands & Islands are subject to a surcharge of £6 per item. Jersey & Guernsey have a separate delivery charge of £14 per item.
Customers in Europe: We can ship any item which is under 1.6m in length. Delivery time is typically 3-5 days and incurs a charge.
Customers in USA / Canada: We can ship any item which is under 1.2m in length. Delivery time is typically 5-10 days and incurs a charge. You will have to pay any customs and excise charges plus sales tax that your country levies. Goods may be subject to a delay if they are held in customs. Voltage: Our electric heating products operate on 220-240 Volts AC, 50/60Hz. You may require a ring circuit installing in your home which will meet this electrical requirement. Our towel warmers and radiators have 1/2″ BSP threads. This is not the USA / Canada standard. However. our valves and elements are all compatible with this thread size, and are available to buy in the Accessories section. The valves have a 15mm pipe connection. If your central heating / hydronic system has different pipe widths, you may need to source an adaptor.
Shipments require a signature for delivery. Delivery tracking information including an hour window will be text and emailed on the morning of the delivery. Once an order is shipped we are unable to redirect the package to a different address and is the customer’s responsibility to coordinate with DPD.
FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UK)
Sol*Aire Quartz currently offer Free Next Working Day shipping on all UK Mainland orders†! All orders are processed and shipped the same business day but always within 24-48hrs (excluding weekends and holidays.) Normal business hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm GMT – Shipping is not available outside of these hours. Orders processed after 4pm will be dispatched the following business day.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with shipping confirmation along with a DPD or FedEx tracking number. In the UK you will receive a follow up text message indicating the hour window you have been allocated for delivery. You must be available at this time as a signature will be required for delivery. You are able to adjust times with the courier via a link in their email
For European customers please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive.

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?
Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to P.O. boxes or BFPO addresses.
FAILED DELIVERIES & RETURNED PARCELS
DPD will attempt to deliver a package 3 times with a signature required. After a failed third attempt, the package will be re-routed back to our warehouse and a refund will be issued to the original form of payment and the item returned to stock. If you would still like this item, you will need to reorder the item again, pay and ship.
In the event that DPD/FedEx are unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, the customer’s refusal to pay duties, multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery, or otherwise, Sol*Aire Quartz is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs levied by the courier. Similarly, Sol*Aire Quartz is not responsible for the payment of re-shipping merchandise to the customer. In cases such as these, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery and is non-refundable.
Sol*Aire Quartz is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather or natural disasters. We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself, such as clearance delays or other occurrences and any shipping fee is non-refundable. In cases such as these, please contact the courier directly with any inquiries about the status of your package, supplying your tracking details: www.dpd.com/track | www.fedex.com/track.
Tracking information will not be available until your package ships and has left our warehouse. Please note: for some international shipments tracking information may not be available up to 24 hours after courier has received the package. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and a follow up text message with your tracking number. Either click on the tracking number and follow the link or visit dpd.com and enter your tracking number. Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, please directly contact your courier with any inquiries about the status of your package:
