“What are my Delivery Options?”
We work with overnight courier FEDEX and ship every weekday on a next-day service for customers in the UK. All mainland UK deliveries are FREE and must be signed for. Charges apply for Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland*. International orders are shipped same day and may take 3-4 days within Europe. Customers purchasing outside of the UK will be subject to additional shipping charges, though our rates are kept as low as possible and are transparently calculated on the checkout pages.
We advise to check your parcel on immediate arrival to ensure it is in excellent condition before booking any tradesmen as we must report transit damage within 24hours of signature.
“What are my Returns Options?”
While we want everyone who deals with us to be delighted by both product and service, we understand that sometimes returns are unavoidable and of course we accept returns for a variety of genuine reasons.
