These dual fuel kits for heated towel rails are used for the conversion so that they can run on both central heating and mains electric. This produces a saving in warmer months when you can run a towel warmer on electric, removing the need to turn on the central heating system.
The kits consist of a pair of radiator valves and an electric element. Furthermore, there are several kits on offer. For example, you can choose from round, square or crosshead valves. Additionally, there are two types of electric element – constant power or thermostatic, with optional Wifi and a range of energy saving features, including open window recognition and a timer. The electric element power outputs include 100w, 150w, 200w, 300w, 400w, 500w, 600w and 900w.
