Aura Steel Dual Fuel Thermostatic Towel Rail
The Aura Steel dual fuel thermostatic stainless steel towel rail is perfect for drying towels and heating the room. Stainless steel towel rails are superior to the more commonly used chrome versions. This is because stainless steel offers better heat emission, resulting in higher outputs and more efficient heating. Also, stainless steel is harder wearing which means its less likely to degrade and rust over time.
This towel radiator is made from quality grade 304 stainless steel and highly polished to a fluid mirror like finish. The overall quality is eye-catching when compared with cheaper alternatives. The Aura Steel is a thicker and more substantial towel rail, protected from defects such as rusting and pinhole leaks.

Dual Fuel
Dual Fuel means the towel rail can be heated using the central heating system or an electric supply. This allows for heat during the summer when, hopefully, the climate is warm enough to turn off the central heating. Simply close one valve and turn the electric element on.
The R3 heating element gives you full control over your radiator with a 7-day timer and adjustable temperature control. With the R3, everything is integrated into the element head to ensure a tidy installation. Removing the need for additional unsightly connections and receiver boxes.
The R3 will reduce energy usage and running costs by letting you programme the radiator to be on exactly when it’s needed.
The element’s settings can be changed with the user-friendly remote control. The remote is where, the timer’s schedule is programmed and stored. As the information is stored in the remote, rather than the radiator, it’s quick and easy to reprogrammed the element is a power cut wipes the memory. Also, multiple elements can be programmed from one remote. The R3 also has manual controls on the front face. Allowing temperature adjustment and a 2 – 4 hour boost facility if the remote is ever lost.
Furthermore the R3 towel radiator has two thermostat options: Surface temperature or air temperature.
- Towel Rails can be extremely hot to touch. Controlling the Radiator’s surface temperature lets you select hot the radiator’s surface is. Preventing children or the elderly from burning themselves. This is also ideal if you’re drying towels as the thermostat recording is isolated from external heat sources, which would interfere with your towel drying.
- If the radiator is used as the room’s heat source the air temperature thermostat will regulate the radiator based on room temperature.
The R3 has an anti tamper lock, preventing unauthorised personal from adjusting the radiator. Create your own pin code to unlock the radiator and prevent the element’s setting from being messed around with. Ideal for use in Hotels, Toilet areas and spaces with young children.
The R3 comes with open window detection, turning the Radiator off automatically when your trying to cool down the room.
The towel rail is supplied with a dual fuel kit. Which consists of Valves and an electric element.
